Works great. It makes you more accurate.
The fit is good of the p80 frame, however, the charging handle does not fit well with the slide. There are also many sharp edges along the lower portion of the unit. I needed to file them down as they were along the triggers edge.

Wouldn’t accept my P80 with an aftermarket slide. Had to purchase another slide, a Glock OEM to be exact. The MCK comes with a second charging handle that is supposed to fit Glock slides. I hope so I haven’t received the Glock slide yet so I don’t know if it will work, fingers crossed. Overall I’m excited about the unit and can’t wait to try it out.
