Big things are happening here at CAA USA, and we are thrilled to finally share the news. Brothers Joe and Anthony Parisi are officially the new owners of CAA USA. They recently acquired the company assets under their established manufacturing company, Plastimold Products.

The Secret We’ve Been Keeping

While the ownership is new, the team behind the scenes is incredibly familiar with the brand. Here is what most people don’t realize: Plastimold Products has actually been manufacturing CAA products—along with parts for other major players in the firearm industry—for years.

Plastimold isn’t the new kid on the block. Here is a quick look at their manufacturing pedigree:

• They have been providing injection molding and precision machining services since 1999.
• They are certified to strict industry standards, including AS9100 and ISO 13485.
• They serve highly regulated industries such as aerospace, defense, and medical manufacturing, proving their commitment to quality and consistency.

The Power of Three: Plastimold, META Tactical, and CAA USA

While manufacturing for CAA, Joe and Anthony crossed paths with incredible partners and innovators who wanted to push the boundaries of the firearms industry. Together, they launched META Tactical in 2022.

META Tactical quickly made a name for itself by pushing the limits of engineering:

• The APEX: They hit the market with the world’s first bullpup conversion kit featuring a 16-inch barrel.
• The MX-1: Next came an all-in-one Glock chassis system engineered specifically to handle the heavy-duty abuse of Military and Law Enforcement operations.

When the opportunity arose to bring the manufacturing muscle of Plastimold, the engineering limits of META Tactical, and the household name of CAA USA together, it made perfect sense. Now, all three are officially operating as one family.

Everything happens right here at our facility in Delray Beach, Florida. Keeping everything under one roof allows us to:

• Handle all R&D, machining, processing, and assembly locally.
• Control every single step of the manufacturing process.
• Ensure tighter tolerances and vastly improved quality control.
• Immediately address any issues—if something isn’t right, the team can walk 75 feet across the floor to fix it.

Taking the Crown to the Next Level: The MCK EVO

Our goal isn’t to overcomplicate things; we are keeping CAA USA exactly where it belongs as the absolute king of conversion kit technology. The original MCK changed the industry, and now, we are taking it to the next level with the MCK EVO.

CAA has spent years listening to customers, dealers, and shooters, and every bit of that feedback helped shape the EVO.
