Dealer Policy

• Freight Terms:
  Domestic: Orders of $10,000.00 or more qualify for free shipping. Orders under that amount require customer-arranged shipping (EXW – Delray Beach, FL).
  International: All orders are shipped under EXW (Ex Works) terms. Customer is responsible for arranging international freight and import duties.
  We will assist with loading at 250 N Congress Ave., Delray Beach, FL 33445.
• Accepted Payment Methods:
  ACH or Wire Transfer only.
• Order & Payment Terms:
  • Distributors (Domestic): First order must be $10,000.00 or more, paid in advance.
  • International Dealers: First order must be $5,000.00 or more, paid in advance.
  • Dealers: Each order must be $1,000.00 or more, paid in advance.
  • A credit application is required to be eligible for NET terms (available to domestic distributors only).
• Pricing Policy:
  I agree to comply with all enforced Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policies. Violations may result in suspension or termination of dealer or distributor status.
