The Micro Red dot sight is a joint -venture with Crimson Trace and features 1.3 years of battery life on a single CR2032 battery with 14 different illumination settings ( 7 settings for red & 7 settings for green) that can be quickly cycled through for use at night or on a bright day. The 4 MOA red dot is extremely crisp and allows you to take quickly aimed shots at short range while still giving you the ability to make effective shots at medium ranges. The glass that the red dot is projected on is fully multi-coated to reduce reflection and provide a clear sight picture. It is also shock, dust, impact, fog, and recoil resistant.

Mounted Sight and looks great and functions as per described and Crimson Trace makes a good product – 3 year warranty. Love the option for either red or green dot as well as the ability to cycle differing dot size brightness’s. The riser is a must have, places the sight at eye level, so you don’t have any head movement downward to pick up target. Would recommend this sight.

I put this on my mck with a G27 inside. The RDS was fairly easy to get on target at 25 yards, confirming at 50 yards. I’d say with in 15-20 rounds I was done and moving onto just shooting. The green option is nice, but I am used to red. Maybe instead of bikini covers CT would do flip up covers? It does your basic needs. Has different levels of intensity, has hold over inside of 7ish yards so remember that, decent glass and good field of view. For the job I need it do, as a optic on a backpack gun that’s stored away securely I like it. On my duty weapons I run other brands for their ruggedness and warranty, but this gun isn’t one of those and I know that. I would do another review 6 months with as many rounds in it as I can to talk about, if it holds zero well, if CAA is interested.
