After some initial difficulty fitting and locking in my g-17, l was very pleased with the MCK GEN2 and especially the 50r drum magazine. The magazine appears to be a great design. It’s the easiest glock mag to load l’ve ever tried, the 50th round is just as easy as the first- most impressive.

I love the glock 19 gen 5 because you have the option for “ambidextrous”. I have that in bolt catch and I just modified the mag release for left hand but when I use the MCK attachment there is no ambidextrous option other than charging handle. Can you make a bolt catch and mag release for leftys. Unless I’m overlooking the option i don’t see this available. Next your trigger guard is too beefy. I’m 6 foot 2 at 230lbs so my hands are quite large. When using the attachment my middle finger which is suppose to grip the pistol is somewhat obstructed under the trigger guard because its too thick creating discomfort after holding it for a while. Charging handle would had been a bit nicer if it was larger or the option to attach a larger handle. I’d be lieing if I didn’t say I haven’t pinched a finger or 5 trying to understand the concept but once muscle memory kicked in I got the hang of it, but no weapon I’ve ever used had such tight clearances I would pinch a finger and I own tons of weapons. Other than that its a neat toy and look forward to its operation.
