The Micro Red dot sight is a joint -venture with Crimson Trace and features 1.3 years of battery life on a single CR2032 battery with 14 different illumination settings ( 7 settings for red & 7 settings for green) that can be quickly cycled through for use at night or on a bright day. I had been wanting to order an MCK gen 2 for a while and finally got around to pulling the trigger. It got here super fast and the customer service from CAA was exceptional throughout. It arrived after about three days just as advertised and fit my glock 19 perfectly. I have suppressor height sights so I was glad the gen 2 still lets me keep them while also fitting perfectly into the conversion kit. Not only does it look great, but the product itself is sturdy with robust locking mechanisms. The spare mag clip is great as well and allows for an additional grip steadying method. I also purchased the red dot sight ad 50 round drum which both look and function superbly. The sight has a crisp picture allowing you to switch between red and green lights. effortlessly. Although the drum is a bit excessive….I still love it!! (that’s the whole reason I ordered it anyway) Looking forward to taking this bad boy to the range and putting a few hundred rounds through it. Great product…would definitely recommend…kudos to the guys at CAA!
