FOR USA CUSTOMERS:

We pride ourselves on our quick turnaround time.  All orders usually take 5-7 business days to ship from our warehouse in South Florida, with the exception of hunting patterns and cerakotes may take an additional 2-3 weeks. If your MCK is Cerakoted, Has A Hunting Pattern or Is Gold Plated and canceled before shipment, a 10% cancelation fee will occur. We use FedEx and USPS for all MCK orders.

FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:

We do ship international orders online and by phone.  You Are Responsible For Import Taxes & Duties.

As the goods arrive directly from the CAA-USA warehouse in the USA, the recipient is responsible for assuring the product can be legally imported to the destination country.

The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. The recipient may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are imposed once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient. From our experience, most foreign customers are not charged when they receive the shipment and we will assist in any way possible BUT will not be responsible for any charges or refusals.

Customs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable: so a shipment that is refused because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the original shipping and any return shipping charges will not be refunded. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

To avoid a delay in receiving your order from customs, we strongly suggest:

Providing a phone number where you can be reached by customs when your product arrives. This phone number will be listed on the commercial invoice so customs can reach you to clear your order.
Please do not refuse a shipment or ignore requests from carriers regarding duty and/or tax liability charges. Be aware that most carriers will hold a shipment for 5 days after arrival in your country before they return it to the sender.

We do not refund original shipping charges for goods that are refused for delivery at customs.

We do not ship to any forbidden country under the laws and regulations of the Unites States Department of Commerce.

PAYMENTS
CAA accepts payment by VISA, Mastercard, and Discover. Shortly after an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email detailing specifics of the order. Orders that are out of stock will be placed on backorder and shipped when available. Credit cards are charged when order is placed.

SHIPPING POLICY

A fixed rate of $13.95 for shipping will be added to your total during checkout within the 48 connecting states ($24.95 for Alaska, Hawaii, Guam and Puerto Rico). Free shipping on all orders over $150 in USA (Excludes: Alaska, Hawaii, Guam and Puerto Rico & Excludes Items: Violin Case). Free shipping on all orders over $500 that are shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam and Puerto Rico.

All packages for continental U.S. addresses are shipped via Ground, and transit times will vary depending on location (Alaska & Hawaii will ship USPS).

MAGAZINE SHIPMENTS
CAA USA does not ship firearm parts, accessories or magazines outside of the contiguous United States of America. Orders of firearms parts, accessories or magazines placed outside the United States will be cancelled and refunded immediately.  

Any orders placed for magazines that are not legal in your state will immediately be refunded and restocked and may be subject to a 5% restocking fee.

*LE/Military: Duty use items are exempt from restrictions with proper verification. Please call us to make arrangements to verify LE/Military credentials.

California: No magazines over 10 rounds will be shipped to customers with billing and or shipping addresses in CA except to law enforcement or customers with high capacity magazine permit. Due to passage of Law CA AB48 we are no longer selling any magazine repair kits as of 12/07/2013.

Chicago and other counties within IL: No magazines over 10 rounds will be shipped to customers with shipping addresses in CHI.

Colorado: No magazines over 15 rounds will be shipped to customers with shipping addresses in CO.

Connecticut: No magazines over 10 rounds will be shipped to customers with shipping addresses in CT. As of 10/1/13 in order to comply with CT Senate Bill No. 1160 magazines holding 10 rounds or less can only be purchased if buyer provides a copy of driver’s license and ONE of the following: state handgun carry permit, long gun certificate, or ammunition certificate.

District of Columbia: No magazines over 10 rounds capacity will be shipped to customers with shipping addresses in DC.

Hawaii: No handgun magazines over 10 rounds will be shipped to customers shipping addresses in HI. Rifle magazines are ok.

Maryland: No magazines over 10 rounds will be shipped to customers with shipping addresses in MD.

Massachusetts: No magazines over 10 rounds will be shipped to customers with shipping addresses in MA.

New Jersey: No magazines over 15 rounds will be shipped to customers with shipping addresses in NJ.

New York: No magazines over 10 rounds will be shipped to customers with shipping addresses in NY.

The above description lists state restrictions currently known to CAA USA. CAA USA does not guarantee its completeness. It is the responsibility of the buyer to research and obey all applicable local, state, and federal laws in regard to the possession, use, and sale of any magazine purchased from CAA USA.

WHAT ARE THE TAX RATES?

Because CAA USA has nexus with a number of U.S. states, we are required to collect sales tax on all applicable orders. Since CAA USA is sometimes required to collect city, county and other taxes, the tax rate we charge may be higher than just your sales tax.

WARRANTY

RETURNS & EXCHANGE

All returns must be within (30) days of the item’s shipped date. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your product(s) please fill out a warranty/returns form at https://caagearup.com/pages/contactus/ . Proof of purchase will be required for any return or exchange. Before returning any items, please contact our customer service for a Return Authorization number (RA).  We will not be able to process your return without the RA number. All packages received without an RA# will be refused. Products have to be shipped back in the same condition they were received. We DO NOT accept damaged/used products. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. If MCK is Cerakoted, Has A Hunting Patterned, or is Gold Plated and canceled before shipment, a 10% cancelation fee will occur.

Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance, if you purchased the product directly from us we will gladly replace, exchange, or refund it.

If you purchased the product from one of our dealers or distributors, we will only replace the manufacturer’s defective product–for a refund, you must contact the point of purchase. CAA is not responsible for shipping charges.

ORDER MODIFICATIONS

Any changes to an order after it has been placed are subject to a handling fee of $7.99. This fee covers the administrative costs associated with modifying the order. By submitting your order, you agree to these terms.
