EXPORT NOTICE
MCK items are not controlled for export by the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Drum magazines, magazines, and red dot sights however are. These controls take the form of export regulations and license requirements. Check with your country’s regulations before ordering from CAA.
As part of the express consideration provided for receipt of CAA’s goods, technical data and/or services, you, our customer, acknowledge that the export, re-export or other transfer, directly or indirectly, of the goods, technical data and/or services provided by CAA in violation of U.S. law is prohibited. Customers acquiring ITAR goods, technical data and/or services from CAA shall be responsible for obtaining any necessary U.S. or other government authorization required to ensure compliance with applicable export laws.
SHIPPING
CAA is not Responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered packages unless the you choose a shipping method that includes Adult Signature Confirmation at the time of checkout.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
All customers are solely responsible for any and all duties, taxes, tariffs, and customs fees incurred during the shipping and delivery process. CAA Gear Up shall not be liable for any costs or delays resulting from international shipping requirements.
ORDER MODIFICATION FEE
Any changes to an order after it has been placed are subject to a handling fee of $7.99. This fee covers the administrative costs associated with modifying the order. By submitting your order, you agree to these terms.
WARRANTY

RETURNS & EXCHANGE
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your product(s) please call us at (561) 592-2287. Proof of purchase will be required for any return or exchange. Before returning any items, please contact our customer service for a Return Authorization number (RA). We will not be able to process your return without the RA number. All packages received without an RA# will be refused. Products have to be shipped back in the same condition they were received. We DO NOT accept damaged/used products.
Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Cancellations of custom-finished MCK kits (e.g., Cerakoted, Gold Plated, or Hunting Patterned) before shipment are subject to a 10% cancellation fee.
Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance. Products purchased directly from CAA may be eligible for replacement, exchange, or refund. Products purchased through dealers or distributors may only be eligible for manufacturer’s defect replacement. For refunds, contact the original seller. CAA is not responsible for shipping charges on returned items.

NFA RULES are the federal laws which regulate the sale and possession of certain weapons including: Machine Guns, Suppressors, Short Barreled Rifles, Short Barreled Shotguns, Destructive Devices and AOW.

1) Addition of the MCK stock set to a Glock type Pistol results in the manufacture of a short-barreled rifle (SBR) which falls within the classification of firearms subject to NFA controls
(Section 5845(a)(3). The manufacture of SBR’s is generally lawful when performed after the receipt of a properly submitted ATF Form 1 (application to make and register a firearm) and submission of a $200.00 making tax payment. (See most recent laws for further details).
a) Section 479.70 A firearm may be made without payment of the making tax by or on behalf of, any State or possession of the United States, any political subdivision thereof, or an official police organization of such a government entity engaged in criminal investigations. Any person making a firearm under this exemption shall first file an application, in duplicate on Form 1 (firearms) and obtain the approval of the director as prescribed in section 479.62. (Editor’s Note: The 479.70 tax exemption does not apply to individual officer purchases.)

2) If you actually possess or constructively possess, a pistol and the MCK device, even if the pistol is not assembled into the MCK device, the combination would constitute a short barrel rifle (SBR) which may not be lawfully possessed unless it is registered in the National Firearms Registration and Transfer Record.
You are in constructive possession of an object if you have dominion and control over it whether or not you are actually handling it.
