Boca Raton, FL – September 12, 2025 – CAA USA (makers of the MCK Micro Conversion Kit) has been acquired by brothers Joe and Anthony Parisi, co-founders of Florida-based manufacturer Plastimold Products. The acquisition opens a new chapter grounded in American manufacturing, tactical innovation, and a stronger connection to the firearms community.
“We’ve been behind the scenes building the MCK since day one. Now we’re ensuring that every step, from design to customer support, meets the same standard of quality we bring to production,” said Joe Parisi, now co-owner of CAA USA.
For years, Plastimold quietly helped to power the MCK’s growth with engineering and manufacturing expertise. As owners, Joe and Anthony now control how the product is developed, tested, and delivered, bringing their credentialed manufacturing discipline to the forefront and reaffirming CAA’s commitment to quality, innovation, and customer care.
